8 Bedrooms Just 3 Houses from the Beach! in Pacific Beach

Come stay in Paradise! This property offers as many as 8 bedrooms and
4 bathrooms on a lush tropical property and just 3 homes from the
sandy Pacific Beach. The entire building was just remodeled in the
summer of 2007 and tastefully furnished with all new furniture, beds,
appliances, linens, dishes, gas BBQs, patio furniture, etc.

If you are traveling with big family or larger group, this is the
perfect property for you. We are offering privacy and togetherness
all on one property in this 4 unit complex. All units are 2 bedroom, 1
bath and can sleep up to 5 people in each unit. If you rent all 4
units together, your family of 20 will have individual space and
privacy, but be right there on the same property and able to enjoy
quality family time together.

The living room offers a leather couch and love seat, flat screen
television with full cable channels and DVD player. The wireless
Internet and digital phone line insures that you can keep in touch
with work and family and look up what to do and where to go in San
Diego if you bring a laptop with you. The fully equipped kitchen comes
complete with granite countertops, maple cabinets, travertine
flooring, dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, waffle
maker, blender, juicer, etc. There is also a pass-through/breakfast
bar going from the kitchen into the living room with barstools and
granite counter. The bathroom is a full bath with tub and shower,
granite counter tops, beautiful maple cabinets, and travertine flooring.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, full closet, dresser, bedside
lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fan and flat screen television with full
cable channels. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds or a second
queen bed, full closet, dresser, alarm clock and ceiling fan. In the
closet, there is an additional single size futon mat for additional
guests. All linens, including sheets, blankets, bed spreads, bath
towels, beach towels, etc. are provided with your rental. All of our
rentals are spotlessly clean, well maintained and we have tried to
provide everything you will need for a fun and comfortable vacation at
the beach.

You will not have to fight for parking at the beach as a private
garage is provided for each unit (SUVs or oversize vehicles may not
fit) with new garage doors and automatic garage door openers. There is
also a free shared laundry room and a large shared patio area with gas
BBQ, tables with umbrellas and chairs and lounge chairs. We also
provide bicycles with locks, beach towels, boogie boards, beach
chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas and sand toys, so that you can better
enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children,
we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair and noise monitor with the
rental of each home. You can also rent additional items such as a full
size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. We
can also arrange to have food and dairy products delivered to the home
prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card.

Take an early morning stroll on the beach, just a half block away,
before heading out for a day of San Diego sightseeing. Most tourist
destinations such as Sea World, the Zoo and Balboa Park, The Gas Lamp
District, The Embarcadero with it's Maritime museums, Sea Port
Village, Point Loma, La Jolla and Old Town are all within 3-8 miles.
In the evening, return to catch the sunset and maybe a glimpse of the
green flash while enjoying the cool Pacific off-shore breezes at Law
Street Palisades Park or, a little closer to home, right on the front
patio.

You will be just three houses from Law Street Palisades Park which
several San Diego websites list as the "Best Beach Overlook." This
two-block long patch of lush green grass, with several shaded benches,
overlooks the sandy beach from the top of a 25 foot cliff but there is
easy access to the beach below via a ramp which is an extension of Law
St. It is a favorite spot for observing the wide white-sand beach
below and the endless numbers of surfers and sail-boarders displaying
their skills at wave-ridding, just off-shore. The park is also a
favorite for picnickers and sunset watchers and has restrooms and
outdoor showers. The nearest surf break is Tourmaline Beach, and has
some of the best surfing around. Fun to watch, or join in the waves
with lessons available from world class surfers.

North Pacific Beach around Law Street has a much more mellow, less
crowded atmosphere than Pacific Beach and Mission Beach south of
Crystal Pier/Garnet Street, yet Pacific Beach's myriad of ethnic and
seafood restaurants, shops and clubs are only 6 blocks away. Law
Street is a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood and we'd like to
keep it that way! We do not allow parties in our units or in the
common areas. We strive to provide a quality environment for all of
our guests and our neighbors

In your private patio area, you are able to enjoy an intimate evening
with family and friends under the sparkling stars. The yard area
includes outdoor dining table and chairs and gas BBQ, enjoy dining outside set to the sound of the crashing waves just a few blocks away.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.  We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small
children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and
baby gates with the rental of this home. You can also rent additional
items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an
additional delivery fee.

This home has both cable TV and Wireless internet to ensure that you stay connected while on vacation. Plus we offer bicycles and a wagon to help you get around town and see all the sights the city has to offer! So whether you want to enjoy a fun night in or a day of adventure we offer everything from board games and grocery delivery service to discount amusement park tickets available on request.

Within a 3 block area you can walk to everything you need in 5 minutes
- beach, shops, casual or world class dining and enjoy the best
Mediterranean climate. Driving a short distance will bring you to the
world famous San Diego Zoo, the downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Sea World,
Mission Bay. For the explorer, a two hour drive will take you to
mountains at 6,000 feet or the desert below sea level - probably the
most varied terrain of anywhere imaginable.
