Summer or winter, enjoy the perfect vacation in our bright, 1 bedroom, 1 den , 1 bathroom luxurious 12th floor condo in the Sunset Waterfront Resort, one of Kelowna's newest and highest resort complex's. Our waterfront condo has beautiful panoramic lake views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The condo has hardwood floors throughout, with tile in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry. A patio off the living room provides a beautiful spot to relax and watch the activities on the lake and beach below. A second patio off the dining room overlooks the tennis courts, the lake and city. Our condo is just steps from a lovely safe, sandy beach and a bird sanctuary. The downtown core of Kelowna can be reached by walking a few blocks along a beautiful waterfront promenade.

BOOKING POLICY: 50% deposit due at booking, balance 90 days prior to arrival, no refunds unless unit can be re-rented, all cancellations subject to a $200.00 administration fee. $500 damage deposit upon arrival to be refunded in the event of no damage.
