Summer or winter, enjoy the perfect vacation in our bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxurious 9th floor condo in the Sunset Waterfront resort, Kelowna's newest and highest resort complex. Our Condo has beautiful lake and mountain views. The condo has hardwood floors throughout, with tile in the bathroom, entrance, laundry room and kitchen. A patio off the living room provides a beautiful spot to relax and watch activities on the lake and beach below. Our condo is just steps from a lovely safe, sandy beach and a bird sanctuary. The downtown core of Kelowna can be reached by walking a few blocks along a beautiful waterfront promenade. This unit is very suitable for a couples getaway.

This 9th floor condo is fully furnished with laundry room,(washer,dryer, iron and ironing board), gas fireplace, cable, internet, 3 TV'S, DVD player, CD stereo, central air, gas BBQ, free local phone, calls, cookware, appliances and linens. One secured, heated underground parking stall.

The Sunset Waterfront Resort has indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, showers, washrooms, fitness room, tennis court and underground secure parking.

BOOKING POLICY: 50% deposit due at booking, balance 90 days prior to arrival no refunds unless unit can be re-rented, all cancellations subject to a $200.00 administration fee. $500.00 damage deposit upon day of arrival to be refunded  in the event of no damage.

Specify unit 906 when contacting for a rental, anyone wishing to rent must be 25 years or older. Maximum 4 occupants (includes adults and children)

Arrived at the condo and was greeted by the owners. After a short tour of the property we were taken to our room. Amazing! The pictures do not do it justice how nice it was! So clean, big thing for us. The beds were dressed with high quality linen, the furniture is very comfortable and the views are amazing!

Flat panel TVs in each room, insuite laundry and a great kitchen.

We spent a week on vacation here in July 2010 and would head back in a minute. Minutes walks to the restaurants, beach is right there and quiet. This is the place if you are NOT looking for noise. Great resort.

Building has underground, heated parking and indoor and outdoor pools.

Long nights on the balcony with wine enjoying the view of the lake!

Recommended for: romantic getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is nicely decorated and equipped well with quality items. It is located on the quiet end of the lakefront but still within easy walking distance of beaches and downtown activities. The view of the lake at night from the balcony is pretty. The owners were so nice to deal with. It was a great holiday!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Amazing Location

We arrived at the condo and was greeted by the owner who showed us around. The condo was everything we read about. Beautiful hardwood floors and tile, kitchen and bathrooms were updated, front load washer and dryer in the room, even towels for the pool area. The only thing we needed to bring was the food.

The view was great - just like in the picture. You look out onto the lake (and pond). There is a small bbq on the deck but we didn't use it.

The underground parking was secure and we felt safe there. We used the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. There is even a steam room located beside the indoor pool. Everything was great; no problems. I used the fitness room and found it to be fine. The treadmills weren't the best, but they worked. The fitness room is small but was always empty.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Walking distance to the beach, playgrounds, restaurants, liquor stores, and the Delta hotel (which has a casino, boat rentals, etc.).

The only time we used our vehicle was to go to a winery, the grocery store and to the energyplex (an indoor playground) which came in handy when it rained.

The only downside was the limited cable on the television. The major networks were on, but thats it (no muchmusic if you have a teenager with you). Normally this wouldn't be a concern being in Kelowna except it rained a lot while we were there. There is a DVD player so I would recommend bringing some movies incase you get trapped indoors like we did.

I would recommend this place to any couple or family. We found this condo to be quiet - no loud parties.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway
