The glass lanai provides sweeping views of the bay from the dining and great rooms, so you can watch the birds dive into the water in the morning, and the dolphins swim by in the afternoon. Since its on the first floor, the Lanai exits directly to the boardwalk and fishing pier.

Mariner Pointe, an especially charming and friendly complex, is also located on a direct access canal and offers docking for an additional fee. If you have a boat and would like to dock it, please note that in your reservation request so a space can be confirmed for you. Mariner Pointe also has 2 swimming pools, shuffleboard, 2 tennis courts, numerous gas grills, and bike storage. All of these are conveniently located close to your centrally positioned unit.
