Bay and Beach Breezes Mobile Home; Steps to Water Views in Anna Maria Island

First of all, so you know, this is 55+ adult community and we must
rent to someone who is 55, and the other should be over 45. It is a
rule, and we must abide by it. Also, the Park has a no-pet rule, so,
again, we must abide by that as well. Thanks for understanding.

Please note: We are already booked for January, February, March and April, 2010. 

We do have November, December, 2009 open at this time, as well as May, 2010.

Our comfortable mobile home is located in Sandpiper Resort, situated
between the Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, with only 1/4 mile
separating them. The Bay is a couple hundred foot walk away, and the
white sandy Beach of the Gulf a short walk across the street (about 3
minutes.)

The large screened-in Florida room has table with chairs, sofa, chairs,and
a small TV. There is a small exterior deck with 2 sun chairs. Our
living area is bright with windows on 3 walls. The kitchen contains
everything needed for ordinary cooking.

The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a tub/shower in the
bathroom.

Parking for one vehicle is immediately adjacent to the mobile home.
We are located in Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island in an Owner
owned and operated Trailer Park. This Park is privately owned and is
well maintained and attractive, as the owners have a great pride in
ownership. We have great neighbors who will welcome you. There is a
community Clubhouse, with lots of activities should you care to
partake.

You will surely make friends quickly and easily here. And we are
priced very attractively, considering rentals on Anna Maria Island.
And with everything you need...except your clothes!!

Large Florida Room (Approx. 10' x 20') with futon sofa, eating
table/chairs.

Fully Equiped Kitchen, pots/pans/utensils/Microwave/gas stove/Refrig.

Living room, with a comfortable sofa/sleeper, TV,VCR,DVD player.
Cable TV
furnished in winter rentals only, unless other arrangements.

Air conditioning in Living Room and Bedroom.

Linens and Bedding provided

Beach Chairs, umbrella, small BBQ provided for your convenience.

Laundry Facilities on Premises, short walk away in the Park.

Free Trolley Service on the Island

Nearby Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Sailing, Para sailing, Water
Sports, Island Tours, Snorkeling/Scuba Diving, Biking, Bird
Watching, Golf, Dinner Cruises, Restaurants and Night Life.

Within driving distance to Disney/Orlando attractions, Bush
Gardens/Tampa, Sarasota/Gulf Coast cultural and recreational
attractions.

Anna Maria Island is truely a one of kind place...it is the place
that Floridians still call the last bit of "Old Florida." A bit of
an "ocean island" feeling.

We rent out in the summer also for a beach get-a-way!  Why not be by the beach for a week this summer?  Great rates!

October and November are terrific seasons for Anna Maria....less traffic and great weather and swimming.  Come on down!

May is a great month for Anna Maria, so book now.
The weather is great that time of year, and the less traffic. Water
is great for swimming. Booking early will end disappointment!
