This new townhome consists of two air conditioned units and is fully equipped. Each unit has 1,500 sq ft of living space, a large master bedroom
with windows facing the ocean, two additional large bedrooms, all
with huge closets, and two and 1/2 baths.  Each unit also includes a kitchen, dining room, family room, and a beautiful covered terrace on second floor with the most spectacular view of the ocean. Lounge for hours on the terrace
meditating, watching the sea birds, reading, etc., or just enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the waves. The townhome includes a state of the art security system, outdoor showers to wash the sand off, a large walled in yard, an outdoor grill, and is only twenty steps to the beach.  We have a baby crib and play pen for young children.

As for safety, outside of the secured beach front properties, Loiza is like any other Caribbean destination and common sense is strongly advised.  You're not likely to experience any trouble unless you are out wandering around the streets and local bars late at night.

This being said, with the many cultural contrasts you are bound to experience, you will find Loiza to be an unspoiled paradise which is frequently and repeatedly selected by the well-seasoned traveler.

The clean sandy beach goes for miles. You will see people on
horseback riding on the beach and all through the nearby town. The
swimming is great and the kids love jumping over the waves. There
is diving in the coral reefs thirty yards out, windsurfing,
kayaking, outdoor dining on the patio. This is truly a place for
complete relaxation if that's all you want.  This beach house has WIFI, cable TV and telephones.

The town of Loiza is known for its traditions of vegigantes (bright
colored costumes), bomba and plena music and dancing, afro-carribean
dance, and crab meat specialties. Nearby is the Trump casino and
resort open to the public, the beautiful el Yunque rain forest for
hiking or just driving through, great golf courses nearby, Old San
Juan thirty minutes away, Fajardo fishing town fifteen minutes away
with great seafood restaurants and Belz factory outlet store with
dozens of name brand stores.  New Walmart nearby.

One townhouse can be rented at a reduced rate of
$125/day, two townhomes at $230/day (three day minimum.)  There will be a $75-$150 cleanup charge for each stay.
