Come enjoy the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! Bask on the beach,
swim in the pools, lounge in the hot tub, or relax in our beautiful,
gulf front condo! Our 8th floor unit affords you the widest window
view on Panama City Beach. Lounge on the balcony with a breathtaking
view of emerald water and white sandy beach. We are local owners and
this is our only rental property, so you will be taken care of
personally!

Our unit has a colorful, beach decor with quality furnishings.
Features include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops,
GE Profile appliances including a refrigerator with ice/water
dispenser, microwave,and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has everything
you might need including a blender, toaster, and coffee grinder.


The dining table seats four, and the large breakfast bar seats three.

The beautiful living area has a 32-inch HDTV with digital cable and
HBO, plus a DVD player that upconverts regular DVDs for near-HD
viewing. High definition programming includes ESPN, ESPN2, NBC, ABC,
CBS, FOX, and Discovery Theater. We also have WIRELESS high-speed
internet access.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-sized bed, large
dresser, two bedside tables with lamps, 26-inch flatscreen TV with
digital cable and a DVD player, and an alarm clock/radio. The
adjoining full bathroom is also accessible from the hallway and has a
marble tub and vanity. The bunk area with deluxe mattresses sleeps 2,
and a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room will
accommodate 2 additional guests. A hair dryer and an iron/ironing
board are also provided for your convenience.

Emerald Beach Resort includes many first class amenities such as a
beach front heated pool and hot tub with a Tiki Bar, a second fun
pool for kids where you can watch movies in the summer, high-speed elevators, and Florida's largest skybridge. A full-service STARBUCKS is very convenient in the resort lobby, and there is a cool Skybridge Bar with multiple TVs for viewing special events. There are also organized family activities in the summer.

The condo is centrally located on PC Bch less than a mile from Pier
Park's walking trails, free summer concerts, Grand Movie Theater, and
many nice stores and restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's
Margaritaville and Olive Garden. The condo is also close to golf,
including the 27 hole Hombre Championship Golf Course, beach shops,
Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park,
Ripley's Believe It or Not, Rock It Lanes (bowling, roller skating, and pool), and many fun water activities such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, and dolphin cruises.
