raised to deck lever for easy access, entertaining and viewing from the kitchen and living
areas with families in mind.

41" Viking gas grill, refrig, bar sink and sound system. Pool deck furnished with
cocktail/dining table and chairs, teak and mesh chaises like those found in a 5 star hotel
in Bali.
The interior of the home features 25 foot vaulted ceilings in living and kitchen area, white
shiplap walls, wide plank rich wood floors, white marble countertops. 2 Masters suites, 2
additional bedroom each with its; own bath. Upstairs living area with sleeping - perfect
