My Beach Hideaway in Hollywood

Nestled within the jewel of what is Windwood Seas lays a cozy one bedroom beach
hideaway. This ground level apt is only steps away from the famous hollywood
beach broadwalk and gorgeous atlantic ocean. It features new hardwood floors
that mirror the beautiful wooden ceilings of this poolside apartment. The
completely remodeled kitchen with its crisp white cabinets and beautiful granite
countertops hosts glasstop burners, stainless steel refrigerator and convection
oven perfect for cooking whatever you desire in this fully stocked kitchen.
Across from the kitchen, relax in our living area. A modern sleeper futon
welcomes you to sit and watch satellite tv on our flat screen tv or bring a dvd.
We offer wifi and free local calls for keeping in touch with home as well. A
collapsable dinette set is out of the way when you don't need it or can
accommodate 4 people for dining or gaming pleasure.

Our bedroom features a top of the line queen size mattress, another flat screen
tv with satellite and two windows to let the florida sunshine in, if you so
desire, or block it out with our black out shades. Custom made walk in closet,
iron and ironing board, and a nightstand with lamp are also featured in our
bedroom. Wash away the salt and sand in our remodeled beach themed bathroom,
complete with sliding glass doors, hair dryer, and storage for your necessities.

As if all this wasn't enough, we are part of Windwood Seas condo, a small hidden
treasure steps from the beach. Swim in our private heated pool, enjoy grilling
in our garden bbq area knowing your vehicle is secure in our gated parking lot.
On site laundry facilities are also available and best of all, this is a small
community of only 40 privately owned units. Just a few steps from the famous
Broadwalk where you can rent a bike, stroll or people watch for two and a half
miles. The Broadwalk is lined with cafes, shops, parks, ice cream parlors, bike
rentals places and more on one side and lined with our beautiful Atlantic Ocean
on the other. Our beaches are clean and manned by lifeguards year round. The
Broadwalk also features live concerts, auto shows, fresh farmer's market,
festivals, parades and more throughout the year.

Gulfstream Race Track or try your luck at tne new Seminole Hard Rock
Cafe just 15 minutes away.

Vacation rental rates-weekly $650.00 (7 nights)

$2,200.00 monthly. January to March.
