Spectacular Villa on the Lake 
 
This luxurious unit will surely meet your every need. It is a spectacular 2001 square foot, penthouse unit (no  
need to worry about noise from above) overlooking Lake Cay. Come back after a long day either at the parks or  
convention center and relax on our beautifully decorated and comfortable lanai and watch the fireworks at Sea  
World in the summer. This condo has been professionally decorated with a luxurious and elegant, yet  
comfortable, tropical flair. The living room boasts a large screen 56" DLP TV with PS2 and DVD player along with  
a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king bed and comfy pillow- 
topped mattress and a wall mounted 32" flatscreen LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has the same  
deluxe accommodations as the master. The third bedroom has been furnished with two full beds and pillow- 
topped mattresses. If you are the last person arriving in your party of 3, no need to worry about getting stuck  
sleeping in a small rickety twin. This room also has a 32" wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV and DVD player. Dining  
for 8 in the kitchen. This unit also has a comfortable and spacious office area with a desk and queen pull-out  
sleeper sofa to relax on and conclude the day's business providing a sixth separate bed. The kitchen is  
equipped with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. No need to bring  
along the hair dryer. We have supplied them for your convenience. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans. Our  
condo is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World,Universal Studios, Wet N’ Wild, and walking  
distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. If you are traveling with a large group, family or  
friends, please inquire about the other luxurious units that we have at Vista Cay.

Outlet-3 miles, Orlando Premium Outlet Mall-6 miles, and Mall of  
Millenia-5 miles), and Muvico 21 Movie Theater (1 mile) are  
conveniently located to satisfy all of your recreational needs.

Vacation Rental Rates

$159/Night and up depending on season or convention. Inquire for  
rates. 
Six night minimum for holidays, 2 night minimum otherwise.  
$95 Cleaning fee. 
$300 deposit to reserve, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. 
$500 damage deposit placed on Credit Card upon arrival. Released  
after inspection of unit. 
12.5% Florida Taxes apply. Check-In 4PM Check-Out 10AM
