50" Samsung DLP HD flat screen TV, DVD/VCR players in bedrooms with DVD/VCR video library for all to enjoy. All new beds and pillows in 2008. Linens provided upon request.

New Rinnai tankless, gas hot water heater, NO MORE COLD SHOWERS. Also new, TW Cable digital phone with free long distance in the US and Canada.

Kitchen and bathrooms have new tiled floors and brand new carpet in the rest of the house. Large fridge w/ ice maker and water dispensor, new microwave, new oven/stove, 4 dinner tables w/lots of seating for big cookouts. All cookware and utensils provided. Gas grill, with direct gas hook-up. Outdoor hot/cold shower.

House is very kid friendly with high chair, baby bath, and pop-up crib. Adult and kids board games and books inside. Plenty of toys in storage chest outside. Bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas to take to the beach. Kids sand box, mini-basketball hoop, large swing for adults and baby swing to enjoy evening breezes off the ocean.

This house has everything you need and a great location for fun in the sun.
