Newly remodeled Beach House in sought after Summer Place community.
House is steps to the private community pool and also has direct
access to the beach to be used by Summer Place guests only.

New 50" Samsung DLP flat screen TV in the family room. Freshly
painted in your favorite beach colors, new couch, DVD/VCR players in
bedrooms, VCR video library for all to enjoy. All new beds and
pillows in 2008.

Kitchen and bathrooms have new tiled floors. Large fridge and 2
dinner tables and lots of chairs for big cookouts. All cookware and
utensils provided. Gas grill. Outdoor shower.

House is very kid friendly with high chair, baby bath, etc.. in
closet. Adult and kids board games and books inside. Plenty of
inside and outside toys in storage chests. Volleyball net, kid's
play set, basketball hoop, and large swing to enjoy evening breezes
off the ocean.

This house has everything you need and a great location for sun and
fun.
