Upper one bedroom house rents as follows:

$125 a night from Nov. 1 - May 31st, with a three night minimum, excluding holidays. Christmas and Thanksgiving rate is $150/night. Maximum occupancy is no more than two adults and two children - parents  in bedroom and children on sofa bed in sitting room. Off season rate is $100/night.

Studio rents as follows:

 $85 per night for one or two people, three night minimum,  from Nov 1 - May 31, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thanksgiving is $100/night  and Christmas is $125/night.  Off season rate is $50/night.

There is a with a seven night minimum for Christmas and a four night minimum for Thanksgiving.

50% deposit upon booking, balance due four weeks
prior to arrival. Deposits refundable up to eight weeks prior to
arrival. After that only if able to rebook. Minimum three nights
reservation. Will consider long term rental at discounted rate for
right individual or couple.
