four bikes, 14 ft boston whaler with 30hp evinrude motor, we provide 
all towels, linens, toiletries, coffee filters trash bags, three sun 
decks obeservation tower with 360 degree views of the whole island. 
four bedrooms two bathrooms, large fullSIZED  kitchen, screened in 
porch with seating for eight overlooking the ocean. large living 
room 
overlooking ocean, dinning room with seating for eight. master 
bedroom 
with KING BED and large bath, the second large bedroom off the 
living room with KING BED and thru that bedroom two smaller 
bedrooms with two singles in one and TWO SINGLES IN A TRUNDAL BED in 
the other all three 
sharing a large bath. 
on the black sound an inland protected harbor where we have a 100 ft 
dock where the boat that comes with the house. easy access from the 
united states via miami ft lauderdale west palm beach, or orlando. 
golf carts available world class diving snorkling and deep sea 
fishing 
including marlin, tuna, wahoo, dolfin, king fish and reef and bone 
fishing with guides or on your own, larger boats avaialble, quiet 
unihabited beaches for picnicing or sunbathing, small clean 200 year 
old community of friendly people with three well stocked grocery 
stores, gift shops, library, museum, liqour stores, and half dozen 
local resturants.

reservations make sure that you have a confirmation from us. Send

Final cleaning charges for the house $50.00 if exceptionally messy 
or dirty it will run more.  

The long bay house facilities are for the sole use of the owners 
their guests and paid quests of the long bay house and any others 
will be charged the extra guest charge.

Thank you for your interest in the Long bay house we have attached 
the dates and rates sheets and you can see much more at our web site 
there are photos of the house and 
grounds and lots of information about the island of green turtle cay 
abaco and how to get here the airport code is tcb tcb. The house is 
located on the a beautiful white sandy beach called long bay beach 
and overlooks the Atlantic ocean the property extends from the ocean 
to black sound and inland harbor where the boat is kept and you 
arrive and depart on the water taxies, the house comes with a boat 
four bikes and has a new pool with showers and lots of decks for 
sunning, we have a widows walk tower with wonderful views of the 
whole island, the house has four bedrooms one off the kitchen that 
has a king sized bed and large bath, across the house on the other 
side of the living room is another large bedroom with a king sized 
bed and bath and you must traverse the large room to get to the two 
smaller rooms with two singles each all three share one bath we do 
not recommend this for eight adults, its fine for a family with 
children, the dock cottage is no longer available for rental. We 
have world class fishing diving snorkeling with reefs right in front 
of the house teaming with life. We have uninhabited island on both 
sides that are perfect for sunbathing privately or picnics and they 
even have benches and grills for your use. Thanks again for your

AROUND US THAT ARE WONDERFUL FOR SUNBATHING, EXPLORING, 
AND PICNICS. WE HAVE TWO DIVE SHOPS THAT OFFER DIVING AND 
SNORKELING TRIPS AND EQUIPMENT RENTALS.  WE HAVE A 
COMMUNITY OF VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE PROSPERED HERE 
FOR OVER 200 YEARS, GIVING US A CRIME FREE, HAPPY, SMALL TOWN 
PAINTED IN PASTELS REMINDING MANY OF A QUAINT NEW
