Vacation on Beautiful Fripp Island, in the heart of the South Carolina Low Country. Stay on a premier SC Barrier Island with smooth, white, sandy beaches. This home offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathroom, all on one level, for your family. The house is centrally located on
Fripp Island and is adjacent to the Blue Heron Lake and Deer Lake
Lagoons. Our house has sleeping arangements of one King Bed, 7 single beds,
and a day bed.
The guests can enjoy the outdoors on our screened back porch or in
rocking chairs on the front porch. The house plan is open with the
Living area and kitchen area one large open room. A complimentary 4
seat golf cart is made available to the guests for their use but is
not guaranteed as part of the rental agreement. Additonal golf carts
can be rented from local vendors. The golf cart makes the trip to the
beach very easy and quick (~5 minutes).
Our house has a large back yard which can accomodate up to a 20 foot
boat very easily. There is access to the Atlantic Ocean and
surrounding waterways for great fishing or water sports. The boat
dock for ocean access is less than 1 mile away (Russ Point).
The house has cable TV service with 5 TVs and High Speed wireless
Internet.
A grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

weekends and Holiday Weekends will vary. Call Owner for special
rates or bookings. Spring Break (Easter) and Memorial Day Weekend
are considered high season bookings.  Must add $100 for cleaning and 11% for tax and a refundable $300 security deposit.  Deposit is due to retain booking and full balance two weeks prior to arrival.
