Great Value 4-BR Fripp Island House with Golf Cart in Fripp Island

Vacation on Beautiful Fripp Island, in the heart of the South Carolina Low Country. Stay on a premier SC Barrier Island with smooth, white, sandy beaches. This home offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathroom, all on one level, for your family. The house is centrally located on Fripp Island  to have easy access to the home.  A golf cart is available for use by the guests at no additional cost. The home is adjacent to Deer Lake Lagoon and Blue Heron Lagoon.  This house has sleeping arangements of one King Bed, 6 single beds. 
The guests can enjoy the outdoors on our screened back porch or in
rocking chairs on the front porch. The house plan is open with the
Living area and kitchen area one large open room.  Golf carts can be made available. 

Our house has a large back yard which can accomodate up to a 20 foot
boat very easily. There is access to the Atlantic Ocean and
surrounding waterways for great fishing or water sports. The boat
dock for ocean access is very close, less than 1 mile away (Russ Point Boat Landing).  The house has cable TV service.   A grill is also available for outdoor cooking. 

A drive into historic Beaufort SC is less than 20 minutes away from the house.

The most wonderful thing about Fripp Island is the serenity of being on a pristine, nature loving island.  If you have watched the movies Forrest Gump and the Jungle Book then you have seen the Fripp Island natural scenery since both of the jungle scenes were filmed at Fripp!  It is most relaxing!   The beach and fishing are wonderful also!

Low Season; Oct-April 1050/week.
High Season; May - Sept 1425/week.
weekends and Holiday Weekends will vary. Call Owner for special
rates or bookings. Spring Break (Easter) and Memorial Day Weekend
are considered high season bookings.  Add $100 for cleaning and 11% for tax and a refundable $300 security deposit.  Deposit is due to retain booking and full balance two weeks prior to arrival.  Minimum 3 Night Stay for weekends.  For June, July, and August full weeks are preferred.
