Guadalupe River Home - Lazy L&L Meckel House in New Braunfels

House and rental properties are located on prestigious River Road,
near New Braunfels, TX. They are located near some of the best white water rapids on the Guadalupe River, named Devils Playground, excellent for tubing, rafting, as
well as Rainbow Trout fishing.

Share the history of this property. The front portion of the house was originally built in 1914 and the owners have done an excellent restoration! The original walls and wood floors are still in tact.  All you will need to bring are your clothes and your food.  No need to worry if you forget something as Lazy L&L Campground has all the necessary staples you may need at their campground store, conveniently located across the street. All the linens, pillows, towels, dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, etc., are also provided.

The house has two large bedrooms with king-size beds and there are queen-size sofa sleepers in the living area to accommodate the other four people. The living area has a 36 inch LCD TV with Cable TV, wi-fi access, as well as an 18 foot shuffleboard. It has a fully
equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, as well as a dining area to accommodate all occupants. The bedrooms all have TVs.

There are plenty of bathroom facilities ... two showers, four vanities, and six toilets, as well as a washer and dryer for extended stays. After a fun day toobing/rafting on
the Guadalupe River or spending time at a nearby local attraction, spend the evening on the porch watching the sunset or sit under the magnificent oak trees.

Don't feel like cooking ... visit one of the grills at Lazy L&L on Fridays & Saturdays during the summer, starting with Memorial Day weekend also.  Great hamburgers , shrimp tacos, fish tacos & some creative new items for this season.
