Located on St. Augustine Beach, this first floor condominium (Bldg K-
Unit 16) has all new living room, dining room & bedroom furniture. It
has a new refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer and includes 2 TVs,DVD
player & microwave. The patio has been screened in for your enjoyment
with just a 30 yard walk to heated pool & tennis courts. A new air &
heating unit was installed in Jan. 09. Master bedroom has queen size
bed with its own full bath & TV. Ocean Village Club is well located
to lots of resturants & shopping, with a beach boardwalk to the ocean

Winter: 12/15 to 3/15; $645 per week; $135 per night (two night
minimum) $1850 per month

Holidays/Holiday Weekends: $145 per night
