The space being offered is the top floor where you see the deck over
looking the garden. This is a 2 unit property, both 1 bedroom 1 bath.
Located just 100 yards tot he beach you can hear the waves breaking
and watch the Pelicans fly by, while not directly on the ocean it is
a true beach house experieince. This upper deck is ideal for
relaxing, BBQ and out door dinning. The inside of the house has wood
floors, new furniture and a king size bed. A very well maintained
property where the pride of the ownership is seen everywhere. Central
air and heat, but during the winter and spring time of year the
breeze is fantastic. Jimmy Buffett would love this house.
