Spring Lake~By Raceway~GOLF, FISH, BIKE, RELAX! in Sebring

Spring Lake is a great community with people from all over the country, which also makes it interesting.  Please come and experience Florida at the best time of year. The Country Club Villas of Spring Lake is a nice, quiet community where you can enjoy every range of the spectrum - relax and do nothing while getting away from the traffic at the coasts, or take an occasional day trip to the Gulf, Atlantic, Disney, or Cypress Garden Theme Parks.

Split floor plan. The villa is painted and decorated in very relaxing colors, with all the extras you need for a home away from home experience. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed with its own full bath, walk-in closet, and TV with cable. The 2nd bedroom is equally pretty and relaxing, with a walk-in shower, and its own closet. All the linens, towels, comforters, along with a large assortment of pillows (depending on what makes you comfortable.)
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ~ directly off the kitchen is a washer/dryer.
There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, and lanai for additional comfort. Recently remodeled, there is ceramic tile in the kitchen, bathrooms and entryway; with laminate flooring throughout.

There are two pools - one heated in the winter. If you like to golf, there are two 18-hole courses at Spring Lake: Cougar and Panther, and a 9-hole: Bobcat. A short walking distance from the villa has a nice practice putting green. Right across the street is Michaels, the resort restaurant, with The Pub downstairs. As expected, Spring Lake has its own pro shop which offers specials during the season. If you do not golf, or perhaps would like to take a break, there are numerous other things to do locally. Highlands Hammock, Floridas oldest State Park, is located just 10 miles away.
If you like to fish, Spring Lake is bordered by Lake Istokpoga, which is the 3rd largest freshwater lake in Florida. There is a bass fishing tournament held there every year producing bass up to 12 pounds, along with other varieties of fish such as panfish, specs, and bream.
The Sebring International Raceway is minutes away, as well as stores such as Publix, Albertsons, Wal-Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowes, Home Depot- too many stores to list!
