It is an interior ground floor condo, on the gulf side of Gulf Blvd. There is no road to cross to get to the beach; you walk through the parking lot to the beach access. This unit does not have a Gulf view, but is still a great condo for the family on a beach budget. The condo sleeps 6 with a king in the master, 2 twins, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully updated with new cabinets and appliances. The unit is colorful and spacious. You walk right out your back door to a grassy area, the tennis court, and the swimming pool.

This quaint condo is located in the Beach View complex. Beach View is a low density Gulf Front complex consisting of Gulf Front Town Homes and interior condos. Within Beach View complex is a large pool and tennis court. Beach View is about a 1/2 mile down from the main area of Navarre Beach, away from the high rise condos, in fact Beach View's west is open beach for a 1/4 mile.
