Vacation Rental Description

The newest home (July, 2005) located on Lake Placid!  Three 
bedrooms, two bathrooms.  Two bedrooms have double beds and one has 
two twin beds and there is a pull out couch.  

The back of the house has all window french doors and a huge 45' x 
12' screened in porch for a beautiful view of the lake and the 105' 
x 30' white sand beach & pavillon.

The home is 2,458 square feet on a spacious lot on the west side of 
the lake.  Landscaped and maintained lawn.  Quiet location.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything you will need.  Fully furnished bedrooms, bathrooms and 
kitchen.  Kitchen includes all appliances, dishes, utensils, etc.  
Linens are provided.  Two refrigerators and washer and dryer in 
laundry room in house.  Porch is furnished with table and chairs, 
and rocking chairs and grill.  Central air and heat.  TV with 
DVD/VCR and cable.

Activities and Attractions

Brand new golf course opening September 2005 in Lake Placid and many 
other courses near by.

All water sports:  boating, fishing, water skiing, jetskiing, etc.
Boat ramp 1.2 miles away.

Numerous area churches.

Grocery shopping and downtown Lake Placid are less than ten minutes 
away.

Centrally located approximately two hours from Fort Lauderdale, 
Tampa and Orlando.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,300 for two or more months, $2,400 for one month. October thru 
April.  One month minimum.  Utilities included.  $500 security 
deposit. First months rent and security due on contract.             
No smokers and no pets allowed. Plus eletric over $60.00 a month.
