Casa Viliano is a spacious and affordable 2-bedroom villa with pool.  There are views of the village and/or water from all of it's four terraces and living areas.  It's a 10-minute walk to town or the beach. The separate casita includes a well-equipped kitchenette, twin-size day bed and private terrace with table and chairs to seat four.  Casita guests have access to the pool. House has a gourmet kitchen, plus, second bedroom is self-contained with small kitchenette so occupants can enjoy their morning coffee upstairs.  This is one of the few houses in Sayulita with full dining room plus a large outdoor table with chairs on the terrace.  The large living room with pocket doors can be wide open in the day and closed for security at night. Air conditioning in master suite and casita.
