A spacious, bright 2 bedroom luxury condo, in the exclusive gated
community of Puerto Aventuras. This elegantly finished new
condominium is situated in the stunning Villa del Mar development
with it’s immaculately cared for gardens, two huge swimming pools
and direct access onto the white sands of a beautiful, child
friendly beach.

This 2 bedroom condo is approximately 1600 square feet and
is fully air conditioned. The bright lounge has patio doors onto
the terrace and is furnished in natural shades with comfy leather
sofas. There is a TV/DVD and stereo system. The elegant open plan
dining area is between the lounge and immaculate kitchen. The
kitchen offers good cooking facilities, a good sized refrigerator
(where you will find cold beers and wine on your arrival!), coffee
maker and ample utensils to enable you to rustle up meals and snacks.

The terrace enjoys the morning sun and overlooks the gardens, pool
and beach whilst offering privacy and tranquillity. There is a
wonderful terrace jacuzzi.

The airy master bedroom has three large windows and looks onto the
beautiful pool, through the palms to the beach and sea. It has a
king sized bed, dressing area and bright en-suite bathroom. The
second bedroom is brightly decorated in turquoise with two double
(matrimonial) sized beds and has an en-suite shower room finished in
marble. There is a utility room with washer and dryer.

The condo is owner managed so we are on hand to be of assistance to
you during your vacation.

Villa del Mar offers two excellent, well maintained swimming pools,
a tennis court and a paddle tennis court. There is a gym at the
nearby hotel which can be used for a small additional charge.

It is also ideally located on the most beautiful beach in Puerto
Aventuras and is only a two minute walk from the centre with it’s
variety of restaurants, cafes and shops in the marina area.

Puerto Aventuras boasts one of the best marinas on the Mayan Riviera
with a variety of water sports including diving, snorkelling and
deep sea fishing. There is also a golf course and horseback riding
can be arranged. There is also the opportunity to swim with
dolphins in Puerto Aventuras.

Puerto Aventuras is a luxury gated resort community 45 minutes south
of Cancun International Airport and 15 minutes from the lively,
cosmopolitan resort of Playa del Carmen with it’s abundance of
restaurants, shops and nightlife. We are also only 30 minutes from
Tulum with its interesting archaeological site and beautiful beach.

You may wish to hire a car during your holiday or equally take
advantage of the many reasonably priced taxis available.
