Family room with pullout couch and tv/dvd. Great room with cathedral ceiling, fire place, with 48 inch tv/dvd. Kitchen has updated appliances with island/barstools for five. Dinningroom with table seating six. Loft with futon that sleeps two. Upper wraparound deck with screened in area, also includes grill and outdoor dining.

Abbey Springs is a gated 1st class golf and tennis community w/ four star 18 hole Golf Course, Clay
tennis
courts, indoor/outdoor pools, Hot tub, Sauna. Rec Center with workout room, racquetball and game
room.

There is a refunable deposit required (amount varies per stay). The deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled less than three weeks in advance. The full deposit can be put towards a reservation of
equal value for a later date.
