Rental rates for 2009 - 2010

*In-Season (May 1 - September 30):
$2800/week  
Weekend Rate: $500/night, three night minimum

*Holiday Weeks: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day  

$3500/wk

*Off-Season (October 1 - April 30):
$1750/week $300/night, Two night minimum required

*7% Taxes 
Cleaning and bed linens included in rental fees.
$500 refundable damage deposit required for all rentals
