Weekly rentals are from Saturday - Friday.

Daily Rentals:    In-Season  3 day Minimun       Off-Season  2 day Minimun

Check-in is 4PM  and Check-out is 11AM on Friday

*In-Season (May 1 - September 30):
$2800/week   $500/night, three night minimum

*Holiday Weeks: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day     $3500/wk

*Off-Season (October 1 - April 30):
$1750/week $300/night, Two night minimum required

*7% Taxes 
Cleaning and bed linens included in rental fees.
$500 refundable damage deposit required for all rentals
