Vacation Rental Description

The many pleasures of Santa Fe await you both within and near 
this magical adobe located on the eastside of Santa Fe.  Whether you 
are planning a short visit or an extended stay, ADOBE SANCHEZ can 
accommodate you, offering weekly and monthly rentals. (Ask about our 
special monthly rates.)  
 
      ADOBE SANCHEZ is an historic adobe which meets the twenty-first 
century in a colorful and quintessentially Santa Fe way! Its' thick 
adobe walls, nichos, brick floors, beautifully-tiled bathrooms combine 
with many updated features to make this casa a real find.  Three kiva 
fireplaces inside and a fourth located under the portal in one of two 
lovely courtyards complete the picture.  Dining here, under the stars, 
is a lovely experience.  And the famous ACEQUIA MADRE is located just 
behind the rear courtyard; after a rain when the acequia is flowing, 
you will be lolled to sleep with its gentle sounds. 
 
     Your casa has a king bedroom with bath and a second suite with  
very high end designer queen futon bed.  The furniture is a lovely  
blend of rustic natural and painted Mexican and New Mexican styles,  
complemented by colorful textiles throughout.  The owners are two  
prominent artists who have created a haven for their visits to Santa  
Fe, and for discerning guests who come for short visits or extended  
stays.  All amenities are provided including wireless high speed  
internet service, a fully-equipped kitchen, two televisions with  
cable, private telephone with voice mail, parking and washer and  
dryer. 
 
     Walk to everything in minutes--restaurants, museums, shops,  
Canyon Road and of course, the Plaza.  Stroll to the nearby Fenn and  
Peter's galleries and Downtown Subscription where you can enjoy  
coffee and daily newspapers from around the world.  The eastside of  
Santa Fe has many lovely intertwined walking lanes, where you will  
discover interesting architecture and hidden gardens around every  
turn in the road, with the magnificent vistas of the Sangre de Cristo  
Mountains always in view.

Vacation Rental Rates

Please note that we have special monthly and multi-monthly rates if  
you plan to sojourn in Santa Fe.  Our regular rates are reasonable  
and vary by season, number of persons and length of stay. The higher  
rates above apply to July, August and End-December.  The lowest rates  
are weekly for monthly rental.  Please inquire for a specific quote.
