The Wayberry Cottage in Lake Ann

The Wayberry Cottage is situated on 15 acres, near the quaint village of Lake Ann, just west of Traverse City. Built in 2006, specifically as a vacation rental, we have hosted hundreds of guests and are proud to had only positive feedback, with many guests returning several times. Without houses visible from any corner of the cottage, we offer the peacefulness and privacy you expect in Northern Michigan. Whether enjoying a book on the screened in porch, a morning soak in the hot tub, swinging on the porch swing or roasting marshmallows at the fire pit in the summer, or enjoying the lower level rec room, fireplace and hot tub in the Winter, The Wayberry is a year round destination.

The Wayberry is a very spacious home, with plenty of room and beds for all twelve guests. The main floor consists of an open kitchen/living/dining room with a sattelite tv/dvd/vcr, fireplace, a full bath, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen pillowtop, the other with 2 twins, and access to the screened in porch, and front covered porch. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with 1 queen pillowtop bed and 2 twin beds in each room, and a full bath. The lower levels features a pool table, foosball table, stereo, sattelite tv/dvd/vcr, couches, attached laundry room, and access to the back patio, bbq grill, and year round 6 person hot tub. The cottage has central air throughout.
The outside grounds feature a firepit, horseshoes, hillbilly horseshoes, plenty of grass for kids to play and a circle drive for ample boat and trailer parking.

As you probably already know, it's probably impossible to list all the activities and attractions in our neck of the woods, but when you come to Northern Michigan you can't get a better central location. We are about 20 minutes, give or take from Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Empire, Leland, Beaulah, Frankfort, Crystal Mtn., Interlochen, Suttons Bay, Lake Leelanau, Otter creek beach, Long lake beaches, Riverside canoe trips at Platte River, Honor (which has one of only 2 drive-in theatres in the state). Not to mention all the festivals throughout the summer months. There are also 8 lakes within 3 miles that offer public access.

June-August $1450 per week
September-May $1000 per week
$475 for 3 days/2 nights with extra nights available. Ask about small group discounts. 
Mid-week specials available.
Half down due upon booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival, along with a $300 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.
Rates do not include Michigan 6% use tax.
