Vacation Rental Description

Located at the Sunrise Palms Estates, this cozy, comfy and charming 3 br/1 bath condo w/1 car garage  
is ideal for a couple but can accommodate 1-6.  It comes tastefully furnished, with everything  
from "tooth pics to towels" are provided. It affords a fabulous view of majestic Mt. San Jacinto. The  
location is very private yet directly across from one of 8 pools, spas, tennis courts, and Putting  
Green. There is one large bath. Has a full kitchen with new range, new microwave, toaster oven,   
dishwasher, refrigerator/icemaker, new oversizd washer and dryer, all cooking, baking ware, dishes  
and stemware. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom has queen-sized beds, third bedroom has 2 single beds.  
Linens/towels are provided.  There are two patios with gas BBQ for cooking out with a nice private  
backyard for relaxing. Also provided, are pool floaties and two bikes for cruising around. TV's with  
Digital Cable in master and 2nd bedroom, stereo CD/DVD player/VCR, and digital cordless  
telephones/including answer machine (call anywhere in the US and Canada free)) DSL internet  
connection also provided.  5 Min to downtown Palm Springs, Shops, Casinos and restaurants..

Vacation Rental Rates  
2008 - 2009  Minimum stay 3-night weekend.  
Friday-Sunday: $120 per night plus 75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. 
One week: $700 
Four weeks: $1600 
$300.00 Deposit for monthly, fully refundable if cancelled 3 weeks in  
advance and 200.00 deposit for weekly and 100.00 for week-end rentals.
