The house is one house from the beach and approximately 50 yards from the boardwalk that leads through the sanddunes onto the beach!! The upstairs has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The layout is open and large. Great for reunions. There is a very large screen porch off of the 5 br that has lots of seating. There is also a deck for sunning and grilling. The downstairs of the house is the 2br and 1br apt. The 2br has 1 bathroom. It has a screen porch. Both apts have a futon in the living area that will sleep two extra people if needed. The 1br has 1 1/2 bathrooms and a small patio. The house has a laundry room for all the tenants use. There is a garage for parking.
