Vacation Rental Description

Casa Verde is a unique waterfront getaway, built in the true
Mexican Hacienda style, with 16 foot palapa (palm leaf) ceilings,
stone walls, a courtyard with a fountain, lushly landscaped grounds
and palm trees. This charming and spacious villa consists of two
buildings: the Main House and a Guest House. The houses can be 
rented seperately or together. (See rates for details)  It is 
located on the beach at Rancho Leonero in Baja, Mexico, about an 
hour north of the Los Cabos International airport. 

The Master Suite has a spacious bedroom overlooking the water, a 16
foot palapa ceiling, king size bed, sliding glass doors to the beach
porch, custom ceder walk-through closet, spacious bathroom, large 
Mexican tiled shower and a separate Jacuzzi bath that looks into a 
garden. 

The charming one bedroom Guest House has a magnificent 360 degree 
view of the Sea of Cortez,the desert and the magnificent Laguna 
Mountains. The bedroom has a king sized bed and panaramic view 
windows with authentic Mexican window coverings. The bath room has 
Mexican tiled vanity and shower and a talevera sink with matching 
appointments. To add to your relaxation, there are two decks, with 
table, chairs and chaise lounges for you to 
read, rest or enjoy outdoor dining.

At Casa Verde, the views of the desert, mountains and the Sea of
Cortez are spectacular. Life is good living on the beach. Experience
fabulous fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, sunbathing and
peaceful walks. The East Cape is famous for its world class fishing. 
Come experience the thrill of catching a marlin. In a short time at 
Casa Verde you will get the "Baja Feeling" and the wonderful 
memories of your stay will last a lifetime. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

To help you relax and enjoy your stay even more, a caretaker and a 
housekeeper care for Casa Verde twice a week. This service is 
included.  

Air conditioning, ceiling fans throught both houses, Jacuzzi bathtub,
rent Deep Sea Fishing Boats a few hundred yards down the beach, DSL 
Internet connection. DVD player with Satellite TV, private porches 
with patio furniture, courtyard and fountain, fully equipped 
kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposal, linens, alarm clocks, 
washer/dryer, stereo with CD player.

No Smoking in the Main House or the Guest House!

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating, kayaking, ATV riding, There 
is more the 30 miles pf beach to discover, diving, SCUBA 
certification & guided tours, golf, bird waching and wild life 
viewing, hiking, wind and kite surfing, beach combing, work on your 
tan or just do nothing at all.  

The East Cape is a legendary sport fishing paradise. Some of the best
fishing in the world is just out the door. Charter boats are 
available just a few hundered yards up the beach. ATV's can be 
rented in the near by town of Los Barriles at Amigos ATV Rentals. 
Give them a call. They will deliver and pickup at the front
gate. There are miles and miles of beach, arroyos and back roads to 
ride.

Shopping and good restaurants are available in the nearby towns. 
There are good resaruants and great taco stands. the bigger towns of 
La Paz, San Jose and Cabo San Lucas are an 1 hour to and 1 hour and 
45 minutes drive from Casa Verde.
