Vacation Rental Description

Come Cycle In and stay a while at the Cyclin-inn.  Here you will find 
a three bedroom house, that sleeps 6 comfortably.  It has 2 
bathrooms, complete with a two person Jacuzzi.  It also has a fully 
stocked kitchen and a formal dining room with a table that extends 
out to fit 10 comfortably.  We also offer a large back yard and a 
storage facility for your bikes.  

While you are here, you can enjoy Lanesboro’s fine Commonweal 
Theatre, shopping, Amish tours, dining, biking, hiking, 
rollerblading, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and even horse drawn rides 
and jeep tours.  There are 3 State parks within 45 minutes with 
interpretative centers and caves to explore.  There is plenty to do 
in Bluff Country.  Come stay with us for a while.

home in our three bedroom house, that sleeps 6 comfortably.  The 
Cyclin-Inn has 2 bathrooms, complete with a two person Jacuzzi.  This 3 bedroom/2 bath year round 
home 
built in 1895 is no Smoking. 

 Located on the Root River, and the Root River State Bicycle Trail.  
Kayaking, tubing, canoeing, swimming, trout fishing, biking, hiking, 
are just a few of thing the things that are available.  

The Cyclin-Inn is located approximately 45 minutes south of 
Rochester, and only 2.5 hours from the Twin Cities and an equal 
distance from Cedar Rapids.

 
This home is located on a quiet, at the end of a very long driveway.  
You will enjoy the almost 5 acres of privacy since this property is 
on the edge of town, surrounded by the bluff, woods, and Gator Greens 
Mini Golf and the Root River  with the bicycle trail between them.
 
Whalan is great also for fall hunting, winter snowmobiling , cross 
country skiing, or  a horse drawn sleigh / hay ride.
 
Ladies getaways, scrap booking / stamping weekends, or  just a family 
getaway are just a few ideas of what you can use as an excuse to just 
explore Minnesota.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season:  May 2, 2008 Weekend through October 31, 2008.
Sunday - Sunday Stay (7 days, 6 nights) - $1,100.00 for 2008 summer season 
(peak) 
or 236.00 per night, based on 4 people (2 night stay minimum) 
Deposit of 1/3 of total required to hold reservation
6 person comfortabilty ($25.00 per person over 4 per day)
10% discount for 2-week consecutive bookings between Memorial 
Day - Labor Day.
Check-in:   3:00 pm 
Check-out:  10:00 am

Off-Peak Season:  November 1, 2008 through May 1, 2009
$98.00 per night - minimum of 2 night stay (based on 2 people).
Deposit of 1/3 of total required to hold reservation
Fall/Winter/Spring Special - book 7 days/ 6 nights and pay only $600.00
Fall/Winter/Spring Weekend packages also available. (Ex:  4 days/3 
nights is $300.00)
