This 2 bed, 2 bath Luxury Vacation Condo has heated pool, dining area, loaded full size kitchen, washer & dryer (in unit), NEW 46" HD Flat Screen TV w/HD cable programing, DVD, Highest-speed offered Wireless Internet, Coded Push Button front door entry, bar, oceanfront balcony, oceanfront master bedroom, underground parking, coded push button building access, sleeper sofa, making this the place to be. 2012-Just added all new linens.  There is no phone in unit. Master bath has dressing area, large counter w/built-in sink, walk-in closet, private door to garden tub w/attachable spray nozzle, separate shower & toilet. 2nd bedroom has private access to full hall bathroom w/walk-in shower.   Its located on a semi-private beach 10 min. N. of Daytona Beach just across the street from new grocery, restaurants & retail. 7 golf coarses close by, Oceanside Golf Club is 3 min. away and Indigo Lakes a LPGA Golf Course is not far either. We want you to enjoy what we've enjoyed.

If you are like us you want a gorgeous place, very clean, in a beautiful spot with a comfortable relaxing fill to it, right on the beach. This is the place! As you will see in the photo's the Vacation Condo is gorgeous and you may wonder why we are less expensive. It was redecorated Dec. 2007 to make it more family friendly and cost effective for you. This provides for more open area (less clutter) making it more comfortable to relax and feel at home while saving money on rent. We want you to feel like this is your Vacation beach home.

Our Goal

We are looking for a few families to enjoy this beautiful gift we have been graciously given by GOD through our parents. Our goal is to rent to a limited amount of people just to cover costs. This way we hope to keep it as special for you as it is to us. We have only one rental property, so all our attention will be on trying to make your vacation the best it can be. We handle all rentals with a more personal touch. Take a Look

I would like to walk you through the condo starting with the view from outside the front hall dining room window. From here you look across the dining table at a view of the kitchen (left) and main hall (right). Also what you don't see is the washer & dryer in the laundry closet just to the right. Looking from the kitchen across the bar into the family room, you see the sliding glass door leading to the balcony and entrance to master bedroom. The front bedroom is the first door on right after entering the front door, just past that is the hall bath that has private door leading to the front bedroom. Just outside the hall bath you look across the family room toward balcony & ocean. The master bedroom, just off the family room, has the same beautiful scene as the balcony.
  The unit has 46" HD Flat Screen TV & HD Cable Programing, TV w/remote in every room, High-Speed Wireless Internet, remotes for ceiling fans, balcony furniture, new towels, new linens, new dishes, pots & pans, full size washer/dryer, iron/board, new coffee maker, new toaster, new microwave, blender, vacuum, boom box and the beach "fun gear" is stored in underground parking area for your enjoyment.
  This condo boasts a large master bedroom with private bath over looking pool and beach. The master bath consists of a dressing area complete with large mirror, large counter w/built-in sink & walk-in closet. As you continue through a privacy door, another large mirror is over an oval garden tub, a walk-in shower (w/glass door & built-in seat) and toilet round out this very spacious private bath. The master bedroom includes queen bed, 6 drawer dresser with large mirror, 2 night stands w/lamps, remote controlled ceiling fan & color TV w/ remote. The front bedroom has two twin beds, night stand, 5 drawer dresser, TV w/remote, a window with view of the street side, remote controlled ceiling fan and private access to hall full bath.

Vacation Condo

Pool is heated in winter and has community furniture all year. A freshwater shower and hose are provided on beach ramp for washing beach gear and getting the sand/beach off. We also have beach toys & gear in parking area, for your pleasure. High Speed Wireless Internet also. There is no phone in unit.

Handicap Accessible

The building is handicapped accessible with ramp to pool and pool to beach. Elevator outside your door takes you to main entrance or garage.

Security

Main entrance & front door to unit have coded (push button) entry and basement garage has radio controlled door (remote is given at check-in). This is for added security and convenience. Other entry doors are locked from outside entry. Pool entries (from walkway and beach ramp) require key code to enter and exit. key codes are provided during your stay.

Rules

A laminated page of condo association rules, along with guest parking passes are in unit. All rules are to be followed to avoid any problems. Passes should be displayed in car window during stay. There is a guest form to fill out so the condo association knows your their.

Extras

Washer & Dryer are located in laundry closet in unit and garbage shoot on every floor. Extra sheets and towels in closets. Food pantry, dishwasher and disposal in kitchen. Unit # is your assigned parking space # in garage. There is no phone in unit.

Daytona 500, Speed Week, Bike Week, Biketober Fest, Spring Break, Disney World, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, The Boardwalk, Dog Track/Poker, Off Shore Gambling (shuttle pick-up across street), Water Parks, Golf,(7 golf coarses close by, Oceanside Golf Club is 3 min. away and Indigo Lakes a LPGA Golf Course is not far either.) Deep Sea Fishing, Water Craft Rentals, and don't forget the beautiful Beach/Ocean right outside, are just a few things to do. You will be about 10 min. N. of Daytona Beach away from crowds and noise. Perfect if you are looking for a place close to the action but more private on a no-drive, semi-private beach and still within walking distance of grocery, restaurants & stores.
