This two story, two bedroom house has many cozy nooks and quiet spaces for relaxation and escape. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own Bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds perfect for the kids. The sunroom has a futon couch that also sleeps two, if needed. Choose from two decks to leisure in the sun or the Screened in Porch which is great for reading and taking in the views.
Outside there is a private hottub for soaking in, after sking the slopes, or hiking in the nearby National Forest.
All this, and just 20 minutes to Albuquerque.

Ski Sandia just 20 minutes away. Or Santa Fe about an hour. Hiking and biking is just minutes away in the Cibola National Forest. Along the Turquoise Trail, you can explore unique towns, offering an assortment of interesting museums, recreational opportunities, and more. Prehistoric peoples made their homes here. Spanish missionaries explored the area and battles were fought over this land. Outlaws and Confederate soldiers camped in the area. And Kit Carson marched Navajo people along the Trail during their "Long Walk" to incarceration at Fort Sumner. Scenic views, diverse cultures, extensive history and great outdoor opportunities continue to entice visitors to journey down the Turquoise Trail today. Or drive to the top of Sandia Peak. Elevation 10,678' above sea level. Sandia Peak abounds with recreational opportunities for the whole family. The full-service Sandia Peak Ski Area and Chairlift Ride provides access to the mountain and offers year round recreation. Depending on the season, one can ski, snowboard, hike or bike their way through the beautiful Sandia Mountain Wilderness. Equipment rental is available.

$125 per day. Minimum 3 days. $750 per week plus a $95.00 cleaning fee.
Add $100.00 a week for Barn use. Monthly rates are also available.
