Vacation Rental Description

New for 2008!  New theater room and pool table!  We now have a theater 
room that will seat 24+.  It has a 83 inch screen with ceiling 
projector and surround system. 
16 antique (1935) chairs which have been restored.  Great room for 
meetings 
too. 
The pool table room has a 42 inch HD plasma TV with Direct TV.  
Beautiful, rustic, three-level home with over 4500 square feet. One 
and three-quarter acres of landscaped land with playground for kids. 
 
This home has six queen-size pine log beds, two full-size pine log 
beds, two queen-size futons, two singles, two leather sofa sleepers, 
and 3.5 bathrooms. 
 
The home has a very private eight-person hot tub and a sun room. Fire 
wood is stacked and ready for use. Only 8 minutes from all three 
world-class ski resorts in Park City. 6 minutes from Main Street. 
We have had repeat visitors from all over the world stay with us 
including a professional basketball player from the Sacramento Kings 
(they loved it). Do the math... great deal for a place that sleeps so 
many.

Activities and Attractions

The home also has a Ping-Pong table, basketball standard, full size 
sand volleyball court, tetherball, and a Sony 
Playstation game system with many games. It is a VERY nice place! 
Great for ski groups or family reunions. Great sleding hill in back 
yard for all ages. Yes, we even have some sleds for our guests.   
New horseshoe pit!  4 picnic tables and 2 bbq grills.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates: $550 per night or $3250 per week 
Winter Rates: $750 per night or $4500 per week 
Holiday Rates: $950 per night or $6050 per week 
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Sundance Film Fest.) 
(We don't charge extra for all other holidays so plan ahead... those 
dates always book early.) 
$500 security deposit to hold reservations and is refundable upon 
departure if there is no damage or missing items.  There is a cleaning fee 
of $220 and local taxes apply. 
 
*Please plan ahead.  Our cabin usually will sell out in the summer and 
winter months.
