Gull Point/Indian River in Rehoboth Beach

All the fun without the large cost of Rehoboth/Ocean City. Large 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 1/2 bath end unit 2 story condo located in the quiet Gull Point Neighborhood located on the Indian River. 20-25 minutes to Rehoboth and RT 1 outlets and 40 minutes to Ocean City, MD  and all they have to offer. Views of water from 1st fl. deck, livingroom, dining room and 2nd fl. bedroom and  balcony.   Kitchen has stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Laundry with washer and dryer. 1st fl. Master bedroom has own bath, walkin closet, and king size bed.  1/2 bath on 1st floor  Other 1st fl bedroom has  bunk bed and single bed.  Queen size bed  in 2nd floor bedroom is next to full bath and has a balcony with view of both Indian River Bay.  Loft has a pull out Queen size bed . All kitchen utensils, plates, pots and pans,sheets and towels are provided. Deck with grill and table and chairs. Screened in porch with view of Bay. Owners are PA licensed Realtors. NO Smoking inside.

Association has marina, pool, and ponds. A boat slip in the marina can be rented from association on a weekly basis. 2 gazebos on land 1 on the water.  Crabbing dock, public boat launch right next door.  Plenty of parking.   Pool is open weekends Memorial Day and open all week later June Resturants near by. Grocery stores within 2 miles.   

Short drive to Delaware beaches and board walks, Rehoboth outlets and lots of restaurants.  About 15 miles (25 minutes) from Sports at the Beach in Georgetown, DE. Visit historic Lewis, and Cape Henlopen. on Deleware Bay where it open into Atlantic Ocean.   Take Ferry to New Jersey. Ocean City Bethany, Fenwick about 30 to 40 minutes depending what time of year.   Golf cources open to public close by.

$1100/wk June 1-August 30 excludes Holiday weeks. Holiday weeks $1,200/wk. Nightly inseason rental amount is $250/night but no less than 3 nights or $300/night for less.  $350/night for holiday weekends. $250 payment is required to hold reservation with the balance due 1 week prior to stay.  Call or email for off season rates.  Email for more info.
