Vacation Rental Description

New beautiful 3 floor home, located at Puerto Rico's east coast, in Ceiba. 

We invite you to search all you want around the island and see if there’s another place where you can 
do so many things, all at once.  Puerto Rico’s east coast is a very privileged place.  You can go 
fishing, shopping, play Golf, go to the beach, party, go to the movies, play in the casino, dine at a 
fine restaurant, and be back to sleep all the same day, because all is within minutes reach! Here, 
there are no long hour travels to reach the next fishing or diving spot, no half-day cruise to get to 
the nearest beach (wether to surf or just hang in the sun), no city traffic that could hold you 
down....we’ve got the best hotels, casinos, beaches and fishing spots, all at minutes distance!
Our mission is to make you Indulge in our paradise and feel as if you’re not just a guest, but our 
long-time neighbor....to let you explore all you want at your own pace, or just rest as if this was 
your own home; not a hotel...no elevators to get to your room, or packed ferries or busses to take 
you where you want to be, but rather be free to do exactly what you want, and when you want it.

Located inside a closed, 24 hr security-guarded complex. The house has a spectacular sea-view (from 
all floors!!) of all eastern coast of Puerto Rico, Including Culebra, St. Thomas and Vieques Islands. 
Fully equipped with all furniture and appliances.

-New sea-view, roofed 12'x30' balcony with hammocks all around
-New sea-view 12'x30' roofed ground terrace underneath balcony right before backyard with full extra 
bathroom and shower.
-Fully screened on all windows.
-600 gal. water tank.
-Guava fruit, quenep fruit, plantain and banana fruit trees right on the backyard for you to pick 
them yourself and cook something up! 
-Roofed parking for 2 cars. 
-Pets are welcome!!!

Activities and Attractions

Aside from house amenities, Complex has pool, tennis court, basketball court, activities room, play 
yard and Gym.

Located at just 12 seconds from the Caribbean's largest Yatch Marina (Puerto Del Rey Marina), with 
many attractions, such as scuba diving, snorkel and deep sea fishing day trips, as well as car 
rentals. Also very close (approx. 2 minutes) from Puerto Rico's "Roosevelt Roads" Military base, and 
also just 3  minutes (w/o any traffic whatsoever!!) from the nearest expressway, which would take you 
all around Puerto Rico!

Vacation Rental Rates

2 options:

Monthly:

1500/month fully equipped with furniture and appliances, (includes maintenance)
1400/month w/o furniture (but still with appliances), (includes maintenance)
Power, water and cable TV not included.
Contract Minimum: 6 months

Weekly:
1500/week, everything included (POWER, WATER, CABLE TV, all furniture, all appliances).
