Connie's Cottage is located in lovely Florina Beach, romantic Cocagne, New Brunswick, Canada. This immaculate cottage is completely renovated and newly furnished. With 986 square feet it is approximately double the size of most rental cottages and it has a large wrap around covered porch on the street and water sides for enjoyment of the water view of the Cocagne River and the Northumberland Strait. The living area is an open concept between the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The master bedroom includes a king size bed.

Our smoke free cottage is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. It is our home part of the year! All kitchen supplies and linens are provided. There is a washer and dryer. We have a nice sound system for your listening enjoyment while you read a good book. Sip a glass of our local wine as you take in the water view from the veranda. A fire pit awaits you on those beautiful starry summer night. Cuddle by the fire with a hot cup of coffee or cocoa. If your not on your honeymoon, you will be.

Autumn in our province brings forth colorful foliage and spectacular wildlife. An abundant snowfall in winter makes New Brunswick a fun place to be for skiers, snowmobilers and hockey enthusiats. Spring weather brings new blooms to our gardens and maple syrup to our tables.

Multiple week and month discount. No hidden fees like telephone, electric, association dues, housekeeping or taxes. The prices listed above are the actual total prices in Canadian dollars.
A 50% deposit is required. Send a check or money order to Jean
Frenette, 20748 Kaidon Lane, North Fort Myers, FL 33917. We will reserve your time and send you a reciept. Balance is due 2 weeks before arrival date. Fully refundable if the cottage is re-rented during the days you would have stayed with us. Occupancy over 4 is not permitted. Children under 21 must not be on premises without their parents.
