This is a luxury executive lakefront estate on Eagle Point. There are few homes like this in Big Bear. The location can't be beat and there are breathtaking sunset and lake views from the upper decks. Sit on the leather sofa with a fire in the forced air fireplace and survey the entire lake. Relaxing is the ultimate activity! It is walking distance to the public swimming area, park, tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields. When snow falls, there is plenty of room nearby for sledding. Take a hike along the beach and enjoy the scenery. The west-facing windows allow for beautiful views of the sunset every evening.
