Air conditioner/heater, cable TV with DVD player, WIFI accessable.  FULLY furnished kithen with Dishwasher, Microwave, stove top, toaster and Coffee Maker. Linens and Bath towels provided. Just bring your toothbrush. Association has a private dock with possible boat slips available for rent. Coin laundry on site. Property has the perfect view of Clearwater Yacht Club. 

Fishing, Swimming, Miniature golf, Shopping, Restaurants, Boating, Jet ski, Parasailing, Casino cruises, Deep sea fishing, Sailing, Biking. Other area attractions inlcude Busch Gardens (45 min.-1 hr.), Lowry Park Zoo (45 Min.), Florida Aquarium (45 min.), Clearwater Aquarium (5 min), John's Pass Marina (30 min.) and Minnie and Mickey Mouse (1.5-2 hrs). Sand Key park with pavillions, beach and dog park (1 mile).
