This house sleeps 12 very comfortably with 2 twin beds, 2 full, and 1 queen as well as a 2 sleeper sofas. Please supply your own bed sheets. The first and second floor both have a kitchen, and living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The first floor has two very spacious decks; one facing the water and the other facing the driveway. The second floor has its own deck facing the water. For your convenience the house has cable TV with DVD player, local phone, wireless internet access, and a gas grill. There is also an outside shower for your use.
