This house sleeps 12 very comfortably with 1 twin beds, 2 full, and 2 queen as well as a 2 queen sleeper sofas. Please supply your own bed sheets. The first and second floor both have a kitchen, and living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The first floor has two very spacious decks; one facing the water and the other facing the driveway. The second floor has its own deck facing the water. For your convenience the house has cable TV with DVD player, local phone, wireless internet access, and a gas grill. There is also an outside shower for your use.

House Rental Rates

Weeks May 1 until Memorial Day- $2,500.00

Weeks Memorial Day until 4th of July - $3000.00

Weeks 4th of July through Labor Day - $3,500.00

Labor Day through Columbus Day $2800.00

For 2013 bookings 

$1000.00  non refundable deposit due with lease agreement paid with bank check.

$1000.00 security deposit and $150.00 cleaning fee. Security fee is returned after the house is inspected. The cleaning fee is returned if the house is cleaned by renters.

Balance of the rent, security deposit and cleaning fee are paid in full with bank check, 30 days prior to check-in 
date.

Check-in time is 1:00 PM Check-out time is 11:00 AM
