Located on five acres in Crow Valley, Cedar Field is a perfect spot for family reunions, multiple families staying together, or just a relaxing getaway for a couple. The house is nestled in the cedar trees on the edge of a meadow with sweeping views of Turtleback Mountain and Crow Valley. From the large deck you can enjoy incredible sunsets, soaring bald eagles, grazing deer, and a star-filled night sky.

Centrally located, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is perfect for large groups and multiple families. The house offers 2 full kitchens, 1 fireplace, 1 woodstove, a deep soaking tub, a large wrap-around deck, a garden patio, and large viewing windows.

Have some fun at Cedar Field with outdoor games such as badminton, horseshoes, volleyball, or croquet. Make evenings festive with the grill and drinks on the deck. Or, simply relax with a good book and take in the surroundings. This private location will allow everyone to feel right at home.

"Jesse, We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Cedar Field. Each of our grown kids had a room to themselves; which allowed us to be together yet have our private space. We also liked the layout of the house and how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Our sons enjoyed the deep soaking tub after a day of hiking. The location was so peaceful and quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the deer, rabbits, eagles and hearing the frogs on the pond each evening. Our family enjoyed playing horseshoes, lounging on the patio and decks in the evening as well as being able to BBQ outdoors. "We had a FANTASTIC time. Your house, location and surrounding property were amazing. The house itself held our group of 10 perfectly, we had enough room to sleep as well as to sit and connect as friends. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we were able to make huge family-style meals and everyone was able to just relax amongst the beautiful scenery. We found the house to be a great fit for us, and the fact that it was well equipped with everything made our weekend flawless! The weather was beautiful for April (we were expected rainy skies) so we were able to sit outside and even make a great bonfire at night. Thank you, Thank you, thank you! The Cedar Field House was the perfect setting for our mini-reunion and allowed us to not worry about the logistics, and just relax and re-connect as a group. We definitely plan on coming back next year - in fact, everyone kept raving about the house and telling me that I HAD to get it again next year. A FEW DETAILS TO NOTE...

- KITCHENS... Two full kitchens, one on each level. Great for multiple families staying together. Cookware, dishes, utensils, and assorted accessories included.

- DECK AND PATIO... Covered patio on 1st floor for all weather outdoor seating. Over 400 square feet of covered outdoor space, just in case it rains during your stay on sunny Orcas Island. Wrap-around deck on 2nd floor with gorgeous views. Over 600 square feet of deck for barbecues and relaxing!

- OUTDOORS... Outdoor field activities of horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, and croquet. There is even an outdoor fire pit for evening gatherings in the field!

- KIDS AND PETS... Child gates are available, please supervise the children. High Chair available. Pets allowed on a per rental agreement. Plenty of room for a dog to run.

West Sound is around the corner with beautiful water views and a great restaurant. A nice mile long, flattish walk with the family or friends is a nice morning outing from Cedar Field!

Turtleback Mountain nearby (seen from Cedar Field) is a recently protected nature preserve that offers great hiking and distant views of the islands. Also, Moran State Park only 15 minutes away has a host of walking, boating, swimming, and bicycling available. Fun guided whale watching and sea kayaking trips are available daily, only a ten minute drive away.

$425/night (2 night min), $2600/week  Summer Season  (June 1 - Sept 30)  

$325/night (1 night min) $2200/week  Off Season  (October 1 - May 31 except holiday periods where the rental rate is the same as the Summer Season)

The above rates are for up to 10 guests, from 11-14 guests $40/guest/night (summer), $30/guest/night (off-season)

Off Season Special: Up to 4 Guests... $175/night, $950/week  

Up to 14 guests, though some exceptions can be made
