Avalon is a cool 1950s cottage decorated in mid-century modern design. Quiet mid-island location on the bike path, 2 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to the market!

Comfortably sleeps six with a full bed in the loft, daybed plus trundle (make a full bed or 2 twins) in the sunny bedroom, and a futon in the den. With one full bath, 2 half baths, and an enclosed outdoor shower, there's no waiting to use the facilities!

Hot Tub!!! Fireplace!!

And all the essentials for easy beach living...washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat and air.

The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook a great meal and serve it in style...plus tiny appliances that make everything from toast and coffee to margaritas!!!

For your visual and audio pleasure, Avalon has 3 cable TVs, a DVD player, VCR, and an awesome stereo with CD player and an MP3 player input line, plus a selection of DVDs and videos to choose from.

If you can drag yourself away from those modern technological wonders for a while, Avalon has some old-fashioned fun too...great beach reads, a mini pool table, cards and board games.

There's plenty of beach chairs and toys to take the beach with you and a charcoal grill on the front patio to demonstrate your bar-b-q skills.

Plus the necessities: sheets, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, basic kitchen condiments, etc...

All taxes and fees included in rates!!!  2 night minimum

$2500/month     $2200/month for a 3-month stay

*Dates subject to holiday rates for 2009 are 5/22-5/24, 7/3-7/5, 9/4-9/6, 10/8-10/10.

50% deposit required to reserve dates, balance due 14 days prior to check-in.
Credit card payment via Paypal preferred.
$200 refundable security deposit due upon check-in.

Pets are welcome with a $75 per pet fee.
