Custom Crafted Home with Covered Boat Dock on Watauga Lake


Country Place Lake Home is located on a beautifully landscaped lot nestled into the side of the hill and accessed by a quiet semi-private paved road. Spectacular views of Watauga Lake and multiple mountain ridges can be seen from just about every window in this spacious upscale casual custom crafted home.
There is a large deck with chairs, table and swing set to enjoy the panoramic views of the lake, mountains and woods or contemplate the heavens as you listen to the sounds of nature at night.

Inside, this home will sleep up to 10 in its 3 bedroom and loft areas. There are two queen beds in the first floor bedroom and an adjoining bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. the second bedroom located on the second floor sleeps 2 in a king or 2 single beds. It also has an adjoining bath with tub shower arrangement. The third bedroom with full bath sleeps two in a queen bed. The loft has a large screen TV, DirecTV with tevo, surround sound system, DVD and VCR. There is also a queen sized futon which sleeps 2.

The country kitchen and dining area are complete with all the necessary appliances for meal prep and serving. You won’t have to bring anything but your food.

The great room has vaulted ceilings a comfortable conversation furniture arrangement in font of the huge river rock fireplace and French doors which open the deck.

Behind the home on gently sloping trail is a covered floating dock for your boat and water toys. The dock is located in a cove with national forest as your neighbor. The only boat traffic is from the three other docks in the cove. The dock also has electricity, lights and boarding ladder for swimming.

In addition to all paved roads to this property there is a garage to protect your car and other possessions from the elements.

Included in the weekly rental is a 20' pontoon boat with 50 hp motor.
