Fully furnished Hawaiian style one-bedroom beach cottage with a beautiful private garden, ocean view, and walking distance to local beaches mountain trails and restaurants. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, with parking provided for two midsize cars. Large deck for entertaining or just quietly reading gazing at the flowered garden. This secluded property offers you the luxury of "getting away from it all" with an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort.

Cottage is 400 sq ft , 200 on first and 200 on the second floor with a large deck for outside dining and entertaining friends. Full kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, coffemaker and plenty of cookware for dinning at home. Futon in living room with high quality mattress which can sleep two, extra linens and towels provided. DVD player, flat screen TV. Wireless for laptop computer, washer and dryer. Double bed with a first rate mattress, large closet with beach chairs, towels and barbeque, DVD and Flat Screen TV in bedroom. Bedroom ceiling is low, about 5' 9". Owner has also provided a local resource book for guests to find the best restaurants and entertainment places to visit in the area. Three beautiful beaches are a fifteen minute walk.

Laguna Beach, the artists colony is only a ten minute drive. This is where the famous Festival of Arts runs from July 1 Sept 1st. Free Shuttle buses in the summer for guests and residents. There are many cultural events such as first class plays, writers discussions and classical music groups offered throughout the year. Close by are first rate five star hotels such as the Montage, Ritz Carlton, and St Regis.Close to good shopping, beautiful beaches. Hiking trails, art galleries and plenty of recreation opportunities such as swimming, surfing, snokling, sailing, boating. Dana Point Marina within 5 miles. Local bus for transportion downtown a block away.

Daily Rates: Summer rates are June to August:$125, September to May $100 a night for two, additional person $25 per night; pet fee $25. Refundable cleaning fee $75. Pets cannot be in cottage alone. Prefer three night stays. Weekly Rates based on occupancy of two people: $700 to $1000 Monthly: To be discussed with owner. To hold dates, a depost of 50% of the total price to be sent at least two weeks prior to arriving. Payment preferred of deposit into owner's PayPal account or a personal check. Once deposit is received by owner, contract will be sent to be signed and returned then dates will be set. The remainder amount to be paid at time of arrival Check in time is: 3:00 p.m., check out time is 11:00 a.m. Will not accept new guests if arriving after 5:00 p.m. unless mutually agreed upon.
