The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a breakfast bar and all modern appliances. All living and sleeping areas have ceiling fans.

The Villa is located in a gated community for which passes are provided. Village amenity cards ID cards are available for $50 each, and complementary guest passes are permitted for free golf at 24 Executive golf courses, and most other Village group and recreation events. Reasonable rates are charged for 9 top notch Championship courses, all of which are located in the community.
The Villages also offer miles of walking and bike paths, free tennis, swimming, shuffleboard, bocci, pickelball, billiards, and hundreds of other sporting, hobby and educational and social activities from polo to horseshoes. Enjoy two 8-movie theatres showing the latest first run movies or go bowling. Many residents enjoy "Happy Hour" in the town square and nightly music.

The Neighborhood Odell and the Regional Colony Recreation Center, (latter includes a fitness center), and 2 pools are within walking distance. Bacall, Bogart Executive and Havana Championship Golf courses are 5 minutes away by golf cart.
