This is a Non smoking unit with the following rates:
February 1, 2012-April 30, 2012      $ 1745 per week

May 1, 2012-July 31, 2012              $ 1245 per week

August 1, 2012-December 15, 2012 $ 1120 per week

Dec. 16, 2012-January 31, 2013      $1470 per week

Feb. 1, 2013-April 30, 2013             $1745 per week

1 week minimum
15% Discount for rentals of 4 weeks or longer.
*Rates for additional nights pro-rated from weekly rates shown.
*All rates are subject to a 13% Florida tax and handling fee.
*No additional fees for linens, cleaning, or high speed internet.
*$300 Security deposit required, due when making reservation, and is
applied toward total rental amount.
*50% of total rental amount due 90 days prior to arrival date.Final payment is due in full upon
arrival.
*All cancellations are subject to $150 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 90 days of arrival
date, prepaid rent is also forfeited.
*Management reserves the right to assign another comparable unit if necessary.
