Come and enjoy all that Dunedin has to offer from our Charming Bungalow style 3 bedroom 2 bath home nestled under oak trees and surrounded by hibiscus flowers.  Seperate rentable studio apartment above. Our address is 259 Albert Street, Dunedin, Florida 34698. At one end of the block is the waterfront and the Pinellas Walking & Biking Trail is at the other end. Dunedin has been designated the City of Trees and sister city to Sterling, Scotland. Just 2 short blocks to Main Street w/ shops, resturants, bars, nightclub. Comfy queen size bed, double bed and single bed, wood floors, olde fashioned front porch that runs the length of the house. Shared Laundry room w/ washer and dryer.

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lite and bright white Kitchen has gas stove, all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, etc.(no dishwasher) Extra linens, hair dryers, ironing board, iron, beach towels & beach bag. Washer and dryer on site for your use.
Flat screen Cable tv's in living room and 2 bedrooms  two queen beds,a single bed and rollaway.

What a great Downtown Dunedin Location! One block from St. Josephs Sound. So much to do...Walk to the Marina, enjoy sizzling setting sunsets from the fishing pier, The Pinellas walking & biking Trail, Great shops, bars & resturants (our favs are Kellys, Casa Tina, Jolli Mons, & Cafe Elfresco or Bon Apetite (on the water)...rent bikes...playground for the children, City library...and All withen walking distance! Our Voted Best Beach is only a 12 minute drive...Caladesi and Honeymoon Island...take a ferry to Caladesi Island or rent kayaks & sailboats off of the causeway......So much to discover. We love pets! No large dogs please. Clearwater Beach is only a 15 minute drive. This is in a PERFECT location.

High Season Nov.15th - April 31st    700 weekly  $2600 monthly  $100 nightly

May 1st - Nov. 14th    $630weekly   $2320 monthly  $90 nightly (min 5 nights)                          

 $400 security deposit which is refundable minus the $100 cleaning fee after departure.

Pay security deposit to reserve. Rent amount due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Must be 25 years or older to rent in this quiet neighborhood home.

Pet deposit:$25 non-refundable.

Fees are "All inclusive".
