The view from the balcony of this second story Condo is spectacular. It is, of course, fully furnished and stocked with everything you need, from kitchen to bath, including pool towels. It includes a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size Murphy bed in the living area if you are expecting company during your visit.
Walk to dinner at the private 2-story Yacht Club over looking Tampa Bay and have dinner or cocktails while you enjoy the magnificent view.

This Condo is located on the island of Coquina Key five minutes from downtown St Pete and a ten minute boat ride to St Pete Pier.  Enjoy this lovely resort community with 88 acres of lush grounds.  Relax in a casual, two-story Key West style boating community. Also feel secure in this gated community wih 24 hour security.

Private Boat slip and electric lift is also available. For an additional fee you could bring your boat and see St Pete from the water!

Five minutes from your door is St Petersburg's waterfront and Downtown St Pete, where you can find quaint streets with shops, restaurants, museums, great parks with lots going on...festivals and concerts, etc. Catch a live musical or a play at The Mahaffey Theatre downtown.  Also, don't miss Fort Desoto Park, only a 15 minute drive, with nationally renowned beachs, trails, bike rentals, concession stand, boat slips and many other activities. St Pete Beach is minutes away and has beautiful beaches, offering many activities, including dolphin watching, parasailing, fishing, shopping, and restaurants. There are a number of championship public golf courses and public tennis courts available in the area.
