Cabo Villas Beach Resort in Cabo San Lucas

There is a difference between beach front and beach view.  This BEACH FRONT 2 bedroom condo overlooks Medano Beach.  Cabo Villas Beach Resort is a smaller family owned resort located right on Medano Beach and within walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina area. Medano Beach is the only safe swimming beach in Cabo and has lots of activities available. This 2 BR has the best view on Cabo with an OCEAN FRONT unit. It can be rented as two separate units (1 king sized bed, spacious living area with sofa bed and kitchen and 1 studio room with queen bed and kitchenette) You can view photos and floor plans of the units by searching for Cabo Villas Beach Resort and click on reservations. We are in building 1 and it is the 1 Bedroom Executive Suite and the Luxury Studio Suite. I will need at least 60 days to make the reservation for you. Dates are flexible.

The best view of the Sea of Cortez and located where all the action is on the beach. Amenities include 3 swimming pools (1 infinity pool with swim up bar, 1 resistance pool, and 1 warm weather pool) 2 restaurants (The Sunset Grill-located on the rooftop of the original Cabo Villas building, Baha Cantina-located on the beach, Pool Grill for afternoon drinks and relaxation)20 person jacuzzi, NEW full spa, and more.

Location is the key to activities and Cabo Villas has the best location for lots of excitement. Besides their own roped off beach area, they are located right next to Billigans, the Office and Mango Deck. There are lots of beach games and fun to watch or participate in. The marina area complete with restaurants and bars is within a 5 minute walk and downtown Cabo San Lucas is just a 10 minute walk. Activities and tours we recommend are whale watching, snorkeling, dinner cruise, ATV's on the baja, diving, parasailing or just relaxing on the beautiful Lovers Beach which is a short water taxi ride from your door at Cabo Villas Beach Resort.

Price Reduced!  This ocean front 2 bedroom / 3 bath lock-off unit with 4-person hot tub and deck is priced at $2000 per week. This unit lists at $700 per night.  It is available January 16 - 23, 2010.  We are unable to use it this year but would like someone to enjoy it.
