Dunescape in Grand Haven

Dunescape. Lake Michigan beach house. 107' of private beach front located on a private road and just minutes from down town Grand Haven. You can walk for miles on the beach - north toward Muskegon or south toward the north pier of Grand Haven. Besides beach walking there are several hiking trails in the area. The area is well known for its sandy beaches. The cottage sits on a dune which affords magnificent sunsets. The cottage is a sprawling ranch style with 2 bedrooms on my end and another large bedroom on the other (so large it has a grand piano in it!) The 2 bedroom each have 2 twin beds. The large room has 2 twin beds and 1 double. Sheets and towels are not provided.

The beach is the main attraction! There is a large patio which offers some shade in the afternoon if desired. More photos are available upon request. The sunsets are magnificent - a photophers dream as they are ever changing. You think you have the best photos and then the sunset just keeps on expanding.

Grand Haven is a destination beach town. Lots of shops and restaurants from the famous "Pronto Pups" which is a hotdog on a stick to fine dining. Easy to reach from either the Muskegon or Grand Rapids airports. Lake Michigan is an all sport lake which is great for boating, swimming,fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing to name just a few. There are charter fishing boats and you can also fish on the piers, The North Shore Marina is just minutes away where you can launch you water toys.There are many golf courses and tennis courts near by. Grand Haven has a boardwalk which is fun to walk on a summer day when you might be tired of the beach.

High season rates for 2009 run from 6/20 - 9/12. $2100.00 per week.
The spring and fall season runs from 5/1 -6/20 and 9/12-10/17 $1600.00 per week.
Reservations require a 1/2 rental deposit with the remainder due one month prior to occupancy. There is a refundable(upon the condition of the property when you leave) security deposit of $500.00 due at that time also.
A short term lease agreement covers all the information you need and is required to book a reservation.

Prime season books from Sat-Sat. Check calendar for availability.

Week-end rentals during non-prime season are possible.
